Pay Range

$35. 47 - $49. 95/hr

Job SummaryAssists department leadership by coordinating programmatic activities, including supervising the quality of treatment and care of the patients. Acts as liaison between physicians and the patient care team. Maintains communication and promotes cooperation with other departments. Provides support and guidance to staff, authorizes work procedures and delegates duties. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Minimum Experience RequirementsTwo years of nursing experience in an acute care setting. Previous leadership experience, preferred

Requires advanced knowledge in nursing, evidence-based practice methods, and person-centered care concepts

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and requirements

Education Requirement

Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing

MSN preferred

License/Certifications Requirement

Current state RN license for applicable state of employment or current RN license from a participating state in National Compact Licensure

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association. Additional certifications may be required (refer to facility addendum(s)

Certification in applicable professional clinical specialty or nursing administration required upon hire or within 6 months (such as CNML).

Physical Requirements

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
