Do you want to use your client facing experience to make an impact on a team? The Sales and Marketing Operations Project Manager will provide leadership to ensure successful launch and tracking of large, key, overarching initiatives such as Sales and Client experiences, development and execution, campaign management, and project tracking. You will grow and expand our pharmacy services business by supporting Sales, Account Services, and Marketing to ensure all projects are managed as efficiently as possible.
This opportunity provides strategic direction and manages to a project plan and timeline that covers estimates, requirements, design, construction, test, deployment and benefit tracking. The successful candidate will own creative/strategic review, problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution/partner concern, and stakeholder engagement processes. The Sales and Marketing Operations Project Manager will collaborate with all business units within the company, manage multiple projects from start to finish and complete assignments within established budget and timelines. You may also be one of multiple colleagues on rotation to support Sales efforts and facilitate Chicago Customer Center usage.
This is a work from home opportunity located in the Chicago, IL area.
Required Qualifications
-5+ years of experience within Sales and Marketing, Project Management, or related field
-5+ years of experience balancing multiple projects with proficiency in Cloud based tools such as Teams and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in the healthcare environment, Pharmaceutical Benefit Management industry, Specialty Pharmacy Services, or disease/health management industry
-Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Project, and Visio
-Working knowledge of metrics reporting
-Project Management certification preferred
-Corporate Events experience
-Proven success utilizing interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and at all levels in a team environment.
-Demonstrated strength in oral and written communication.
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
