This is to act as administrator for Sales and Service and 3rd Party Add-ins for the Salesforce Cloud.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. * Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce Service/Sales and 3rd party environments
2. * Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
3. * Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
4. * Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
5. * Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new enhancement requests.
6. * Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
7. * Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
8. * Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
High School diploma required. College degree preferred.
