Sales & Service Support Specialist, Corporate Office, Phoenix, AZ , Full-Time, Training and Benefits Provided.
Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist for our Corporate office. This position supports the Vice President Customer Experience team in several important functions such as Customer service, CRM Administration, customer follow-up, finance and strategic project implementation. Due to the diversity of responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service.

This is a full-time positions in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits for Sales Support Specialist
Full-time job with weekly pay.
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturdays, as needed)
Overtime and incentive pay may be available.

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist
Interacts with customers daily via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Works with Operations Support to complete weekly reporting, technology support, and system data support.
Supports Recruiting efforts through initial entry of new job postings.
Supports accounting by providing a customer interaction support with account updates, changes, amendments and other process as needed.
Manages social media accounts in support of Marketing efforts
Bilingual in Spanish language helpful (not required)

Requirements of the Sales Support Specialist
College Degree or equivalent experience
Computer/Technology Proficiency - MS Office suite
Excellent Communication skills
Human Resource Experience a plus
Ethical Practice
Multitask
3 years experience
