The SAP Systems Consultant is a business professional, competent to work within a framework of complex projects serving a varied business unit customer base, each performing a diverse range of business functions. You will be working under supervision of the Manager as the initial point of contact for all SAP system users. This role requires logging and management of issues reported. You will also be responsible for the provision of solutions where possible.
Commonly occurring matters are addressed by application of documents, repeatable procedures. You will participate in SAP system testing and/or training as needed. Role prepares and presents metrics providing analytics concerning multiple statistics pertaining to business user issues experienced.
Considerable background knowledge of all aspects of the supply chain processes and their application in SAP are essential. You will need a firm technical background as well as an understanding of business processes and principals. Candidate must be willing to be mentored and trained by more experienced team members. Communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting are essential. You will need to be willing to learn new processes and to be cross trained from other areas as business needs arise. Shift requirement is 9am - 6pm AZ time.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work experience.
1+ years of Supply Chain experience (minimum requirement).
Basic understanding of SAP architecture and utilization of SAP from the key user perspective.
End User Support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes, related to procurement, product movement and flow from the goods receiving process all the way through to the dispensing process.
Intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Visio as well as Teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work experience.
