Summary

• Full Time Management Position
• Working nights, Sun to Thursday
• Hiring, scheduling, and directing a team of 8 Remodel Merchandisers (full time)
• Remodeling a Walmart Store: removing product from shelves, dismantling the shelves, moving the shelving to new location, setting shelf heights, setting the product on shelf to modular plan

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Strong prioritization skills
• Skill in delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance
• Flexible and adaptable to change and alter according to business environment
• Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
• Ability to lift 40#s overhead
