Martin Automotive Group is seeking a scanner to join the team at Kia of Dayton.

Requirements

Aggressively and cheerfully perform or insure performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible Dealership Customer Satisfaction level.

Answer multiple incoming lines in an efficient, timely manner (by the third ring).

Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner; striving to minimize the time they are put on hold.

Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.

Take thorough messages, indicating the callers first and last name, company name if applicable, the time and date, the area code, phone number, and any brief concise message the caller wishes to leave.

Email message to appropriate recipient in a timely manner.

Maintain a current email listing of all employees. Provide to management upon request.

Maintain a current phone registry of all employees. Provide to management upon request.

Daily scan Repair Orders that were closed the prior day. File Scanned copies as directed

Daily scan Warranty Repair Orders that were closed the prior day. Give to warranty clerk to file claims.

Daily scan supporting documents for accounts payable checks. File scanned copies as directed.

Daily scan vehicle invoices as received. File scanned copies as directed.

Daily scan Deal Jackets posted by billing clerk. File scanned copies as directed.

Daily scan closed Warranty claims. File scanned copies as directed.

Daily scan supporting documents for Deal Jackets. File scanned copies as directed.

Maintain worksheet used for preparation of monthly Sales Tax Report

Daily seal and stamp all out going mail for pick up by the Mailman.

Perform other duties as assigned by management
