REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Valid PA RN or LPN license
* Recent TB testing in the form of a 2 step PPD, chest x-ray, or Quantiferon Gold blood work
* Clean PA Patch criminal background check
As per Governor Wolfs order, certain behavioral health providers are eligible for hazard pay. Payments are processed weekly and starts are quick when credentials are submitted.
