Our Client is seeking a School Registered Nurse to work in Prince George's County, MD for the 2020/2021 year.
HOURS
* Standard school hours
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Medical: administer medication and take vitals
* May include assisting medically fragile children on bus runs: monitor vitals and administer medication
* Support student success by providing healthcare through assessment, intervention, and follow-up for all children within the school setting.
* Address the physical, mental, emotional, and social health needs of students and support their achievement in the learning process.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of an Associate's Degree and vaild Maryland Nursing License
* Minimum of two (2) years experience working with Pediatrics or Urgent Care
* Experience working with school personnel, parents, and children
