SUMMARY
* Provide direct school social work services to referred students who have social and emotional problems that interfere with learning
* Provide individual and group therapeutic counseling to students and their families as well as crisis intervention
* Assist in developing positive behavioral intervention strategies
* Obtain and coordinate community resources to meet students' specific needs
* Collaborate and consult with other staff as well as provide training when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
* Valid Michigan Social Work License
* Valid School Social Work Endorsement
