Overview
Join the Mosco Digital Solutions Products team as the project manager and scrum master. In this role you will work closely with product owners, systems engineers, product designer and architects to develop a high-level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions and influencing them in the right direction.

Role:

Conduct agile ceremonies
Execute project planning and resource planning, create work break down structure, resource leveling and estimation techniques
Track the progress of projects and resolve any impediments that would affect the progress of the project work
Create & manage various project reports based on effort, schedule from the tool and present to management using Jira
Report and present the dashboard reports to all stake holders
Set measurable KPIs, Project related metrices and track & report
Identify Risks, and communicate decisions to all stakeholders as necessary and be the point of escalation for any project, conflicts that have the potential to be severely detrimental to team/customer/company
Drive & manage project work for distributed global teams both at Offshore and onsite location
Qualifications:

Excellent understanding of Agile Principles
Experience with ACSM / Safe certified, with at least 3 years in Program Management / Scrum Master role with 2 years of recent experience in the scrum master role
Application development projects using Java, Android, iOS, Flutter, React and React Native or equivalent web based technologies
Application development projects in the cloud
Hands-on in defining the process for both Kanban and Scrum in JIRA

Nice to Have:

SAFE certification for Scrum Master, Knowledge of PMP practices
Ecommerce/Online Sales domain knowledge
Experience with Service Now Demand Management, and Salesforce
