Bynder is seeking a Scrum Master with a passion for Agile and Scrum to take our development teams to the next level. Someone who is not afraid to be disruptive and challenge the status quo. You like to learn, experiment and share your knowledge. You'll be working together with Developers, Product Managers and Scrum Masters in a fast-paced and growing organisation. Responsibilities
You are taking on the role of Scrum Master for one or more teams in Rotterdam
You challenge your team's mindset, process and practices to help them become more effective
You will be working together with a team of Scrum Masters, with which you will drive the adoption of Agile practices across the Product & Engineering team and business stakeholders
Help teams to further adopt an agile mindset and provide them with the tools to self organise and take ownership
In collaboration with the Scrum Masters you will develop trainings, workshops or presentations to share Agile knowledge within the company
Who you are:
Excellent organisational, facilitation, and communications and people skills
Experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for multiple teams
Knowledge to adjust your approach to the maturity level of your team
The ability to understand, support, motivate and coach your teams
Excellent understanding of Agile and Scrum theory
- Experience with Engineering teams
Resident in The Netherlands
