JOB SUMMARY:

This Senior Administrative Assistant will perform advanced secretarial duties for the Chief Compliance Officer of Community Health Choice and will also provide administrative support to the Compliance department, currently comprised of 6 teams. This position will support various main office functions including: preparing correspondence, answering phones, monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings via Microsoft Teams, preparation of PowerPoint presentations and various other assignments as needed.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
    • High School Diploma.
    • Formal business school preferred.
  • Work Experience (Years and Area):
    • Five (5) years Senior Management Level Secretarial Experience.
  • Software Operated:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract), Writing /Composing: Correspondence /Reports

Other Skills:
Analytical, Dictation/Transcription, Typing wpm 65, MS Word, MS Excel

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with leadership, staff and external customers on behalf of the Executive.
  • Team player. Department is comprised of 6 teams; may have to support teams on specific projects from time to time. Heavy use of Microsoft Teams to coordinate meetings with numerous other departments
