• Develop and execute request for proposals and bids.
• Provide instruction and guidance on the Purchasing process to end users.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience using ERP or e Procurement software systems, 3+ years. Knowledge of purchasing and procurement methods and procedures, preferable in state procurement principles and practices. Must be willing to obtain and maintain professional certification in purchasing and within one year of employment.
