Job Description: Working under the direction of the manager, the primary purpose of this role is to partner with business end users to analyze and document current state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, map future state processes to make sure outcomes are measurable and met, and to support and build out the business and financial systems at Beverly Hospital. This role will include leading and managing projects, analysis and deployment of solutions to meet regulatory requirements, business workflow design, upgrades, enhancements, and roll-outs within Meditech 6.x and other business, financial and HR systems.

Requirements: Experience managing, implementing and supporting financial and business applications including Meditech 6.x required. Bachelors degree and advanced degree or coursework preferred or 6 years healthcare industry experience. 5 - 10 years practical experience in implementing and providing support and maintenance for business/financial applications.
