Assists Community Affairs in achieving organization purposes and objectives by contributing to solving management and business problems, identifying and seizing new opportunities, enhancing thought leadership and implementing change. Responsible for providing analysis, guidance and direction within areas of expertise; and developing relationships with external consultants and cross-functional team members as required in support of initiatives. Address problems of a short to mid-term nature independently and address longer-term issues with limited supervision. May oversee assigned small scale cross-enterprise initiatives and concurrently serve as a team member on cross-functional initiatives based on direction from senior leaders.

Salesforce Administration & Maintenance:
* Provides technical business support for Salesforce development and integration
* Salesforce dashboard setup/maintenance - Verifying and cleaning-up data (metrics and close-out data collection in Salesforce)
* Provides 1:1 team assistance with data entry, guidance, and enforcement
* Making changes to Salesforce fields and architecture and setting up new data views
* Facilitates & administers the Salesforce dashboards & scorecards to report on critical planning activities
* Coordinates ongoing Salesforce training & workshops to support adoption and utilization
* Produce customized reports to satisfy stakeholder needs
* Facilitates the administration, communication, analysis and vendor management

Data/Analytics:
* Assists in the development of research and analysis relative to the organization's strategic direction
* Participates in development of consistent, efficient and cost-effective processes, procedures in support of planning and research
* Coordinates development of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports for Erin
* Participates in special planning and research projects

Research/Surveys:
* Assists in the selection of services and negotiation of contracts with research vendors
* Creates and publishes emerging industry and competitive information
* Coordinate services, analyst calls, teleconferences, vendor briefings, web access, etc.
* Gathers and tracks metrics, research vendor quality, research ID, and other research service usage
* Performs research and analysis for management to enable increased value of research offerings
* Conducts research associated with business and technology in support plan formulation
* Monitors and reports on usage of research services
* Provides research and analysis on key technology and/or business issues for management
* Survey question design

Metrics/Reporting:
* Weekly & monthly leadership update reporting

Technology & Systems:
* Technology integration work, roadmap design, new technology research/scans
* Technology SME (ad-hoc technology support)
* Skills inventory
* SharePoint administration and updates
* Highspot administrator - upload new content/maintain site

Executive Business Support:
* Assists in the development of communication vehicles (e.g., PPT presentations, info graphics, vendor briefings)
* Producing timely and useful reports, dashboards, insights, and analysis by identifying, accessing and prioritizing the sources of data that are relevant to a particular issue. Differentiates between data that is relevant and/or critical and that which is not germane to the issue at hand.

Special Projects/Program Management:
* Provide enterprise program management (VOH)
* Effectively managing multiple projects by producing key objectives, phases and deliverables and ensuring successful and timely project completion.
* Maintaining open communication among project participants and affected parties.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
