The Senior Curriculum Consultant will be responsible for the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the learning curriculum as a critical connection between quality member experiences and successful business outcomes. This person is a critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise, Learning, Development and Performance Center of Excellence.

This person actively seeks out innovative learning solutions that will deliver an engaging, measurable, and effective learning experience for colleagues supporting our Customer Care colleagues.

The Senior Curriculum Consultant:
* Analyzes business opportunities to identify when training is a solution
* Ensures the correct training program design for maximum business impact and performance results
* Evaluates program effectiveness and learner performance using key performance indicators
* Aligns as a key, strategic partner with business and HR stakeholders at the Advisor - Director levels
* Develops VILT design components
* Delivers train-the-trainer sessions
* Tracks project plan, data and requirements using production tools

Responsibilities include:
- Designs effective training programs based on business analysis, adult learning principles, and performance expectations
- Evaluates program data to measure effectiveness and implement solutions for performance improvement
- Collaborates with design partners to execute eLearning and multimedia design elements
- Drives program implementation utilizing the Learning Management System and production tools to track project plan and program data
- Delivers train-the-trainer sessions

Key Competencies include:
- Ability to communicate with and influence others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience connecting key performance indicators (KPIs) to a continuous learning strategy
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and design strategies
- Experience designing effective program evaluation strategies to the L3 and L4 evaluation
- Ability to synthesize Key Performance Data and develop data stories linked to L3 and L4 evaluation
- Ability to breakdown complex processes into scalable and digestible chunks for learners working in a remote environment
- Strong sense to identify priorities, potential tradeoffs, and execution variables specific the business landscape
- Comfort operating and collaborating in a remote work environment
- Strong project leadership skills
- Strong collaborator with active listening skills

Required Qualifications
* 5 + years of work experience in a business environment
* 3 + years of experience designing learning curriculums
* 3 + years of experience using data to measure learning program outcomes
* 3 + years experience working with Storyline
* 3 + years experience in a virtual training environment

Preferred Qualifications
* A commitment to our purpose of helping people on their path to better health
* Examples of work demonstrating curriculum design and evaluation skills
* Examples of work demonstrating VILT design development
* Prior experience working in a call center environment

Education
* Bachelors Degree in Design or other learning-related discipline
* M.Ed or advanced training in related discipline preferred
