We have an exciting new opportunity to join Aetna's dynamic HR team! As the Senior HR Partner, Human Resources (HR) Solution Delivery, you are responsible for developing and implementing effective HR operational strategies that improve business results in the Healthcare Benefits (HCB) segment. In collaboration with the SVP, HR Aetna and the HR Leadership team, you will drive execution of our talent strategies, lead annual talent processes, ensure our management processes support effective implementation of HR priorities, and assist HRBPs in solving business issues with the effective use of data and analytics. You will lead HR support for key multi-business unit initiatives as well as special projects in collaboration with HR COEs, including Talent Management, Compensation, Diversity and HR Corporate Services.

You will establish deep cross-functional relationships throughout the organization to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented.?
This position can be located remotely.

Primary Responsibilities include:

* Ensuring effectiveness of the HR operations by analyzing reporting and performing diagnostic assessments to identify and assess complex problems and deliver sustainable solutions.
* Ensuring execution on our HR strategic priorities across multiple organizations within the HCB, utilizing a disciplined program management approach.
* Supporting inter-and-intra HR collaboration efforts by managing alignment and multi-business HR Project work.
* Leading HR special projects (e.g., process innovation, coordination with COEs on new rollouts) in coordination with COEs (i.e., HR Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Compensation, Engagement, HR Analytics and Reporting).
* Coordinating and driving planning, executing and implementing of HR cross functional, critical and high impact projects and key initiatives
* Serving as HCB HR SME on HR and COE task forces, standing committees and projects, providing the perspective of our various organizations and HR.
* Contributing to the design, development, modification, and implementation of HR solutions and HR Strategy.
* Providing input and developing materials for Healthcare Benefits Leadership forums.
* Leveraging best practices, external HR, and industry trends to inform HR strategy.

The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the companys business, as well as significant interaction with business and key HR leaders.

Required Qualifications
8+ years strategic human resources consulting experience with demonstrated expertise influencing the business strategy and shaping Human Resource strategic direction

Preferred Qualifications
Significant project management experience

Demonstrated ability to use experience and business knowledge to drive achievement of business goals

Education
Bachelors degree
