This position will partner with the business to identify key drivers of member satisfaction, obtain access to specific data elements in Hadoop, research, cleanse, model and visualize the data and then use the information to build predictive models, which will be tested, enhanced and implemented. Individual will develop and Implement QA testing protocols, develop tools to measure and visualize results, evaluate the models and enhance. Identify trends and communicate findings.
Required Qualifications
-Experience building predictive models
-Demonstrated ability to research, capture, cleanse, model and visualize data.
-Well-versed in statistical model building and concepts, decision trees and classification rules, segmentation and cluster analysis
-Advanced SQL programming abilities in data warehouse or big data analytics environment, including use of statistical analysis techniques or business intelligence application development.
-Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking ability
-Strong development skills, including the ability to use Python, R, and Tableau
-Report development ability using Excel and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of health care data, metrics, systems and standards.
-Able to make sound decisions and recommendations to drive business solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
-Exposure to Alteryx
-Experience in a health care setting
-Demonstrated ability to work independently
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Familiar with SAS
Education
Bachelor's degree in a technical field field, such as information management, Data Analytics, Statistical Modeling, Informatics, Mathematics
