Join our Engineering Team at The Charter at Beaver Creek, located at the base the world-class ski resort, The Charter at Beaver Creek is seeking a skilled Senior Level Maintenance Engineer to help keep our premier property in top shape. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our facilities-repairing, installing, and troubleshooting essential systems, from electrical and plumbing to HVAC and irrigation. Your expertise will ensure our buildings, grounds, and utilities remain in peak condition, delivering an exceptional experience for guests while protecting the Associations assets. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and train team members on special projects. What Youll Do:
- Inspect & Maintain - Regularly assess HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other key systems to keep everything running smoothly.
- Repair & Troubleshoot - Diagnose and resolve issues quickly, using your expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Work Order Management - Respond promptly to service requests from guests, owners, and staff to maintain top-tier hospitality.
- Preventative Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance on common areas, pools, fire systems, AV equipment, and restaurant facilities.
- Organize & Optimize - Keep workspaces and storerooms clean, organized, and stocked with the right tools.
- Collaborate & Communicate - Work seamlessly with management, housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, contractors, and the engineering team to address issues and share updates.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay Rate: $29 - $35/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends and holidays are possible based on business needs

- Engineering Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles relevant to facilities maintenance.
- Analytical Abilities: Skilled in evaluating building systems and structures to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-driven with the ability to independently identify and address problems and implement practical solutions.

Educational and Professional Requirements:
- One of the following:
(i) Bachelors or Associates degree in engineering, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
(ii) Certificate in engineering or facilities maintenance from a college or trade school, with 3-6 months of relevant experience and/or training.
(iii) Licensed or apprentice plumber or HVAC repair technician.
- One of the following:
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues using available resources and independent research.
