Senior Loan Operations Escrow Specialist
Job Description
Keeps records of loan escrow in bank computer system(s).
Position Description:Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Monitor note tickler report and other various reports to determine validity of information.
Reconcile insurance monthly.
Maintain the banks lender placed hazard insurance.
Research and resolve customer inquiries.
Maintain escrow accounts.
Review and mail out escrow analysis statements.
Review daily escrow tickler reports.
Administer escrow payments.
Maintain the Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI).
Monitor delinquent tax reports.
Mail appropriate notification of delinquent taxes.
Establish mandatory escrow account.
Prepare required escrow analysis.
Review daily insurance policies and process as appropriate.
Process note maintenance requests.
Compute interest and principal payments, and payoffs on loans.
Post on-line entries, pay-by-phones, and mail payments.
Promote and implement the bank's sales culture and service philosophies.
Other duties as assigned.
Associates Degree preferred or a combination of banking experience and/or degree.
Three years of related banking experience required.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
