Job Description
Build and deliver impactful presentations for mid-level and senior-level stakeholders. Use internal and external proprietary and open source, publicly-available data to identify business opportunities and support a deeper understanding of the business for acquisitions and real estate strategy, utilizing statistical methodologies and related technologies to increase the organizations understanding of "being local".

Oversee the development of analytics reporting that enables enhanced decision-making by internal teams or select external partners. Recommend and execute analytic solutions that enable a more complete understanding of the impact of acquisitions and new stores on sales. Support the various enterprise analytics as needed given our unique suite of tools and skills.

Provide end to end support of new and existing analytical work products including identifying project deliverables and timelines, defining the business problem, generating hypotheses, developing the analytic methodology, summarizing findings, compiling business recommendations and presenting findings to leadership team.

Develop analysis and reporting that drives insights and action for stakeholders. Drive process efficiencies via innovative technical solutions. Ensure documentation of reporting requirements is complete for the development team and end user reference.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address key business questions and unlock insights that drive value for the business by using statistical techniques to create relevant benchmarks, identify outliers and summarize the data to recommend action using a variety of tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, Alteryx, etc.

Develop data visualizations and BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards (including self-service BI for non-technical colleagues) by leveraging software development life cycle for designing new analytical models, data marts, reports, and dashboards, using Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, etc.

Lead data analysts as necessary and be comfortable acting as an individual contributor and as a team leader. Clearly explain to technical and non-technical people the intricacies of quantitative measurement, results, and meaning.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership and management experience
- 3+ years of experience utilizing statistical methodologies
and database technologies to develop analytic solutions in
a business environment.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or Teradata; and SAS or
R.

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 500 hours of project or product management
experience.

Education
Master's Degree or equivalent experience
