As a Senior Manager of Contract Management, you will provide strategic contract advice to bswift internal business partners and leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a senior attorney, you will provide ongoing management of all contracting activities on behalf of bswift, including:
* draft, negotiate, and review direct client contracts, third party vendor and channel partner agreements, statements of work, business associate agreements, and related amendments, including tracking status of agreements from initial draft to execution.
* provide legal knowledge, independent judgment, and creativity to resolve contract and legal issues.
* analyze contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and company policies.
* advise Sales, Client Service staff and bswift executive leadership on legal contractual matters.
* provide legal advice and direction to business team members, while ensuring compliance with existing agreements and corporate policies.
* manage and direct outside counsel on an efficient and cost-effective basis.
* provide guidance, including legal, public policy, and business counseling with respect to new and existing business activities.
* coordinate review of applicable contract provisions with business partners.
* continuously refine and improve contracting processes.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* Admitted to practice law in at least one state in the U.S.A.
* Ability to travel as needed (estimated 5%)
* Undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor required
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, drive and self-confidence
* Team player

Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in transactional and/or complex contracting
* Benefit administration experience
