The Public and Labor Center of Excellence is looking for a Sr. Manager to support the growing Aetna membership in this important business segment.

This role provides a great career growth opportunity by providing the opportunity to work across many enterprise businesses in a national capacity across all markets.

Key responsibilities include:
* Participate in the development and implementation of the strategy in the Public & Labor Sector
* Management of internal reporting to senior leadership
* Collaborating with Aetnas sales leadership, Caremark, Medicare and specialty businesses on pipeline management and targeting
* Provide segment support for the enterprise budget and forecast processes
* Tracking and reporting results while helping to celebrate segment wins
* Ad-hoc financial reporting, historical financial analysis
* Participate in case-level strategy formulation on major prospects and renewals
* Manage critical segment and CoE initiatives
* Expense and investment budget planning and management

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* 2-4 years of prior commercial groups health insurance experience in a finance, underwriting, sales or actuarial capacity
* Understanding of financial terms, concepts and what drives financial results
* Capacity to simplify and communicate financial results
