THE IMPACT YOULL MAKE

As the Manager, Total Rewards, you will be a strong leader who enjoys a hands-on environment where you will lead the planning, designing, implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy and programs which will enable MORSCO to attract and retain the talent needed to meet the growth objectives.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• 5 to 7 years experience in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness)

• Sound knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative imperatives and impacts related to Total Rewards programs (FLSA, Sec 125, ERISA, 409A, HIPAA, etc.).
