Job Description
This is an instrumental role in driving the day-to-day development for a new omni-channel orchestration solution that will create connected customer experiences for millions of CVS Health customers. The Senior MarTech Product Manager is a member of the Agile Product Team and is responsible for defining user stories, prioritizing the team backlog, and streamlining the execution of team priorities to ensure we deliver key orchestration and MarTech features for our business partners and customers.

This role will collaborate very closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Engineering teams in a fully scaled MarTech agile environment. The Senior MarTech Product Manager will work closely with leaders to ensure that all committed features are delivered by planning effectively with the team, participating in daily meetings, clearing blockers, and enabling the team to be successful. Regular collaboration with subject matter experts, tech leads, architecture, and other cross-functional teams will be key for success in this role.

Key capabilities for this role include strong communication ability, project management, background and knowledge of Marketing Technology and omni-channel orchestration systems, as well as a history of working with stakeholders to prioritize and define features and stories.

User Story Development

* Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and customer pain points that are strategic priorities for CVS Health
* Provide subject matter expertise - explaining product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered
* Collaborates with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog items that align to Iteration Objectives.
* Responsible for understanding, defining and prioritizing stories that will improve capabilities within the MarTech platforms
* Responsible for assuring a level of quality has been achieved by validating that the Story meets acceptance criteria and has met acceptance tests. Approves stories as complete.
* Responsible for updating leadership teams on Story status and delivery timelines
Team Backlog Ownership/Prioritization
* Responsible for building, prioritizing, monitoring/editing, and maintaining the flow of Team Backlog to ensure the delivery of key orchestration and omni-channel integration features
* Collaborates with product management and leadership teams to determine business value and customer impact for sprint planning purposes.
* Leads the team in identifying dependencies, tradeoffs, and risks as it relates to the platform backlog
Program Increment (PI) Planning.
* Partner with ScrumMaster, Architecture and Engineering teams to assist in preparing for the Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings.
* Identify potential enablers and spikes for discussion in the Program Increment.
* Draft teams objectives and define features for the Program Increment session.
* Collaborates with the team to produce the PI system demo and presents to program stakeholders.
* Provide architecture and development teams detailed feedback on user stories and product vision to ensure the team maintains the technical integrity of features and functionality.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 115,000
Maximum: 230,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years required experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.

* 5+ years experience working with Marketing Technology, Campaign Delivery, or Journey Orchestration solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Responsys).

* 5+ years experience in an agile environment such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

This is a remote / telework work position. Must be able to support East Coast Business Hours.

Travel requirements are up to 10% Annually.

* Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment.
* Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences at various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).

* Ability to build and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Education
Bachelors degree required or Equivalent Work Experience.
