As Operations Support, Kidney Care Shared Services, you will work closely with our Operations Team and use strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills to drive the growth and success of the organization. This key role will have an instrumental and immediate impact on the business, as we continue our path to transform and disrupt the kidney care industry. With a business focus on shared service functions that support all of Kidney Care, this key role will help support business initiatives, oversee effective collaboration across business lines, communicate objectives and results between departments, and support special projects.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare business role
* Comfortable making decisions with limited information and ambiguity
* Collaborates well with diverse, cross-functional teams
* Possesses a strong passion for patients and customers with a "speed to action" mindset that delivers timely results
* Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
* Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
* Strong analytical and financial acumen
* Exceptional learning agility with a focus on creative problem solving and critical thinking
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficient in developing and coordinating and strategic documents for executive (and potentially customer) consumption
* Proven success in a project / program coordination role
