Senior Operations Manager

Position Summary

Under direction of HSC Public Information Officer, manages and oversees web communication efforts, initiatives, and projects. Ensures HSC webpages align with the institutional voice of the University and HSC with best practices related to web architecture, design, usability, functionality, accessibility, and mobile formats.
Coordinates collection, reporting and interpretation of complex data and related information, including statistical values and provides advice and consultation regarding implications. See the Position Description for additional information.

This position will focus on strategic website development, aligning processes and working across multiple entities and platforms to achieve the goals of the office. This position will work closely with the health system to address a new provider director application and with credentialing on implementation and source data. The Senior Operations Manager will also oversee a full development of provider to provider referral external webpage. There will also be collaboration with HSC IT on implementation of an intranet platform for the different entities within the HSC and Health System.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications Required experience with Cascade, Google My Business and web analytics
Required experience with Cascade
Preferred experience with governance and quality control
