HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT:
? You will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer supply chain analytics, owning and executing reporting/process improvement builds, and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and profitability. Your expertise in Tableau will be leveraged to improve direct-to-consumer supply chain analytics surrounding transportation, inbound/outbound logistics, order and inventory management.
This role reports to the manager or Sr. OML Manager and is based in our Buckhead, GA office.
60% - Retail Supply Chain Analytics
? Project Management for all direct-to-consumer supply chain analytics
? Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement KPIs for inbound/outbound logistics, order and inventory management use cases
? Act as key liaison between OML and Integration team to connect data sources
? Create all necessary documentation for new reporting/processes
? Execute reporting requirements in SQL and Tableau
20% - Tableau
? Assist the retail logistics team with building and support requirements
? Be the retail logistics Tableau expert, providing trainings and support to other users
? Identify opportunities for reporting centralization/standardization
10% - Order Fulfillment Management
? Assist in the coordination with logistics, consolidator/distribution network
? Proactive Monitoring/Verification of order pool to identify and prevent issues
? Coordinate all activities associated with booking, tracking, processing, routing and shipping customer purchase orders. Actively manage flow of information and own daily decisions needed for order management for assigned accounts, including serving as primary resource for distribution network decisions needed to enable timely order shipment
10% - Ad Hoc
? Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting opportunities relating to forecasting, order management, inventory management, and planning procedures
? Execute and train others on weekly reporting deliverables
? Provide leadership to junior team members - set the example
WED LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have:
? Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
? Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and an intermediate/advanced user of Excel, proficient in Tableau, and proficient in Anaplan model building
? 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Preferred skills and experience:
? Anaplan Model Builder L1 certificate and/or 1 year of prior experience
? Experience with 1 or more projects in Tableau
? Experience in Tableau Prep / Tableau Developer
? Solid understanding of Inventory Management and Forecasting principles
? Strong numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills
? Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge
? Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
? Understand financial impact of decisions
? Proactively identifies and implements process improvements to generate additional revenue and reduce non-value add work
