The Senior Product Manager, Competitive Readiness, and DSE will be a key member of the US MS Marketing Organization. He/She is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of tactics that support the MS Franchise Marketing Teams competitor readiness and intensity strategy included DSE pieces for HCP.

Specific responsibilities include:

* ICP Lead 2022 for the Franchise Team

* Design and execution of Competitive Advisory Board

* Analyze customer (HCP & patient) and marketplace insights to identify, develop, and execute portfolio competitive initiatives

* Design and activate competitive portfolio tactics for the field force through planning, execution, and monitoring (i.e. Objection Handlers, Talking Points, flash cards)

* Help Lead core competitive cross functional Team

* Help lead cross-functional competitive strategic initiatives and support the brands in refining key strategic marketing choices across the portfolio

* Lead the development of promotional competitive assets and HCP DSE assets:

- Development, training and execution of competitive assets/DSE assets for the field force, analysis and measurement of executed assets

- Gain insight and feedback from key customers to further develop market landscape understanding and support future marketing initiatives.

- Gain approval for competitive readiness/DSE marketing strategies and tactics through the internal review processes (PRC)

- Ensures all marketing activities follow regulatory and legal requirements.

* Individual will be required to work collaboratively with the following business functions to successfully lead Competitive Readiness initiatives:

- Brand leads

- Customer facing teams (example: sales)

- Divisional Marketers

- Sales Training

- Key account managers, key account director

- Regulatory/compliance

- Legal

- Market Research

- Medical Affairs

- Market Access & Reimbursement

- Marketing review committee (example: PRC)

Qualifications

Required Skills:

The successful candidate will work with numerous cross-functional partners in the US organization (Medical Affairs, Market Access & Reimbursement, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance, Market Research, Finance, etc.). This position will report to the Associate Director, Competitive Readiness, and Intensity Lead. They must be able to pull through insights on competitor performance, and gaps in customer needs. They will play a key role in the annual brand planning process, as well as support the AD in developing the annual tactical plan in alignment with key strategic priorities as well as manage the budget for all tactics. The candidate must have strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and marketing execution skills. They will be a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment and effectively balance multiple priorities.

Experience Required:

* 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience; experience may include combination of sales, marketing, agency experience, consulting.

* Must exhibit leadership skills, ability to perform in fast paced environments and ability to influence without authority

* Strong Analytical Skills required

* Strong oral and written communication skills required

* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

* Effectively managing the operational budget

* Effectively leading and managing external agencies

* Experience in specialty markets of interest are neurology, immunology, Oncology

* Multiple Sclerosis experience is a plus

Additional Information

Bachelors Degree Required. MBA Preferred
