Who we are:
This role is part of Twitter product learning platform. We build infrastructure and tools to understand how users interact with Twitter and how internal teams can improve that experience.
Our first customers are the users of Twitter with special attention to respecting their privacy. Our second customers are the internal teams using our tools to conduct user surveys, run experiments, and answer questions with analytics.
To use any of our tools, teams need to be able to gather useful, reliable data in a way that respects user privacy. Were looking for a product manager to lead our efforts to make gathering that information faster and easier by launching new analytics infrastructure.
You will:
Drive the product strategy for how Twitter teams gather and make sense of behavioral data

Deeply understand the needs of the customer (both our users and internal teams) and make sure that those needs are well understood by your teams
Build relationships with partner teams across Twitter involved in these efforts
Partner closely with engineering management and teams to support efficient decision making, principled product ideation, and smooth execution
Keep open communication with leadership and the broader business for the critical work your teams are doing

A knack for translating complex technical concepts for a variety of non-technical audiences
Strong quantitative background and empirical thinking skills
An innovative and detail oriented approach to problem solving
Humble, empathetic servant leadership approach to product management
Experience leading through influence rather than authority
Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling product vision
