A typical week might include the following...
Lead all planning activities for organization-wide programs and collaborate with business partners to identify program scope, projects, risks, budget, partner impact, and success metrics. Partner with Finance to create financial models; pull and aggregate data from multiple sources to feed revenue and expense projections.
Lead journey mapping sessions to identify current internal and external experiences and future desired experiences to incorporate into program planning.
Drive the execution of program activities and provide oversight for multiple project teams, organizational change, and ensuring program and project delivery in accordance with program timeline, budget, and key success metrics.
Manage and resolve issues/roadblocks in partnership with program partners and assigned project manager. Track program decisions and action items and the creation and distribution of communication and status reports.
Manage and support with building the framework and operationalization of strategic programs, identifying metrics and distributing reports to partners ensuring program roadmaps are built, maintained, and executed.
Schedule and lead program meetings, creating and distributing meeting agendas/notes, and developing and delivering program presentations to large audiences.
Assist the AVP of Strategy and Program Management as needed, acting as a mentor/lead to the Program Management team, assisting in employee selection activities, onboarding/training new team members, and researching/identifying new practices, ideas, and trends.

This role might be for you if you have...
H.S. Diploma or GED.
5 years of Program Management or Program Consulting experience.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong skills in organization, attention to detail, communications, critical thinking, interpersonal relationship management and business acumen.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, planning skills, and analytical skills.
Ability to multi task, focus, and prioritize multiple projects under pressure to meet deadlines.
Exceptional problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly identify the root of a problem and determine the appropriate solution that mitigates risk and is a win-win for stakeholders.
Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute.
Proven success in working with, and influencing executive leadership teams in a complex, growth oriented environment with changing priorities.
Bonus points if you have...
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
2 years of Project Management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
