We leverage assets and business relationships across the enterprise to identify innovative opportunities that create unique solutions, deliver value, and streamline capabilities in an effort to reduce medical cost, and improve patient outcomes/satisfaction.
Perform in the capacity of Scrum Master in an Agile environment working on innovative medical cost savings initiatives. Including:
- Leading project management planning sessions
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring project meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3 years Project Management experience
- Scrum Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certified
- Agile/Ralley experience
- Care Management exposure
- Finance acumen
- Claim platforms experience would be helpful
Education
- High school diploma/GED
- College degree preferred
