Senior QA Analyst

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to create and conduct manual and automated test scripts for our applications. Ideal experience includes api, web and mobile testing using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Javascript.

JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:

• Perform functional and regression testing of APIs, user interfaces, web services and web applications.
• Write and execute manual and automated tests using a range of tools and processes.
• Contribute to the direction of automated regression testing.
• Develop prioritized test plans.
• Ensure defects are accurately recorded in the defect tracking system.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to deliver reliable, near defect free applications.
• Assist in building a culture of learning and continuous improvement for the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 5 years of experience:
  • With automated UI and API testing
  • as lead tester on a team
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience working with a geographically distributed team.
• Experience with Webstorm or other IDE.
• Working knowledge of GIT.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree; or 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and procedures with the ability to apply.
• Hands on functional and regression testing.
• Design tests to mitigate risk.
