Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Description Summary

As a Senior Treasury Analyst working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for the centralized cash management function, letters of credit, research and analysis, debt covenant compliance, and other projects as needed.

We trust that as a Senior Treasury Analyst you will: (responsibilities)

• Perform / manage duties related to centralized cash management function including: daily cash management, bank account administration, bank portal administration, cash forecasting, wire/ACH execution, deposits.
• Build and maintain financial models related to forecasting future cash use.
• Monitor daily positive pay and ACH fraud filter exceptions.
• Perform / manage duties related to Letters of Credit, short term debt/investments and debt/covenant compliance tests and certificates.
• Assist with the tracking of debt instruments across the Company.
• Assist with issuance of corporate debt, as needed.
• Review monthly bank charges to determine accuracy and reasonableness. Analyze critical data and present findings and recommendations in areas such as efficient allocation and use of banking services and related fees.
• Serve as key contact for field-related/divisional Treasury related questions.
• Perform / manage internal audit for Treasury functions.
• Assist Director of Treasury in managing banking and other Treasury related relationships.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including working with internal and external business partners.
• Implement process improvements to optimize treasury activities, automate functions and increase internal controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About you:

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum three to five years relevant Treasury/Banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of general Treasury operations.
• Experience with automated treasury solutions (i.e., payment & bank reconciliation files, invoice automation, host-to-host connectivity, etc.)
• Experience with OneStream, NewStar Enterprise.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience in independently managing key projects.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with accounting systems and other banking and business software.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

• Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations
• Act as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
