Job Description
Paul Mitchell the School Phoenix Owner Scott Cole and Director Linda Yodice are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our team! We are a high energy, fast-paced environment proudly providing a state-of-the-art cosmetology program that educates students to become industry leaders in art, business and culture.

Service Desk Coordinator Role
This team member welcomes our students and guests upon arrival at our Reception Desk. Duties include answering phones to set-up salon service appointments, and cash register transactions to ring up service guests and Paul Mitchell hair care product sales.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have successful previous retail sales and front desk experience. Must be self-motivated to embrace re-booking, and guest service systems.
Experience requirements
Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Proficiency on a PC computer (experience with Millennium program a plus)
Passion for the beauty industry
Maintain honesty and professionalism
Solid work history with verifiable references
