We are sourcing the best ingredients available and our menu is innovative. Now we need the team that will bring it to life! Our Ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term position, and excited to work in a true family atmosphere with amazing staff, and regulars. Most importantly, a desire to make anyone who walks through our doors happy.

The candidate should possess both fine dining sensibilities and the ability to handle high volume.

Day to Day
Leading all departments for a successful daily service on the floor and with our on-demand delivery services
Working closely with the Owner to ensure projects, company values and objectives are met on a daily basis
Implement, oversee, and maintain all policies

Opening / Closing Procedures

Service Oriented Manager - Manage a busy service with competing priorities with composure, organization and friendly interactions with our staff and guests

Pro-Active Mindset - Ability to problem solve quickly and put systems in place to prevent potential issues that may arise

Staff Development: Lead a team of both FOH and BOH employees. Experience in staff coaching and motivating.

HR: Experience in filtering, interviewing new candidates as well as disciplinary action and termination
