Machine Shop in Northwest Houston is currently hiring an experienced Shop Foreman to join their team! In this role, the Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all employees in production, creating CNC programs utilizing CAM systems or manually as needed, and evaluating incoming materials.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
The perfect Shop Foreman for our client will have:
- 5 or more years of Management experience in Production
- Advanced level proficiency in Lathe or Mill
- Proficient in MS office tools
- CAM training
- Proficient in Shoptech E2 application
- Good written and verbal communication
