Job Description

Allied Universal is looking to hire a Security Analyst. Collaborate with CSO management and staff to perform a variety of duties in support of assign, Americas Chief Security Office strategies. Support administrative operations including research, budget and performance analysis and other specialized functions. Prepare presentations and reports to improve the service delivery overall. Required Accountabilities

  • Perform a variety of research, administrative and analytical duties to assist Security Operations Support Manager (SOM) and Americas CSO (CSO).
  • Coordinate and monitor projects assigned by RSOM.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive administrative and operational reports.
  • Assist with budget development, Invoices, Purchase Orders and Expense.
  • Assist operational and project needs
  • Provide assistance in resolving operational and administration issues.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the regional Business Assurance Plan, Risk Registry, Business List of Records and Legal and Regulatory Requirements List.
  • Coordinate and monitor special projects as assigned.
  • Attend external industry briefings to continuously monitor and evaluate the Security Programs effectiveness, success and provide periodic reports to the RSOM and RSM
  • Maintain an understanding of industry operational trends and best practices.

Basic Qualifications/Skills

  • Ability to implement and execute operational programs and projects.
  • Familiarity with operational and project administrative duties, and CSO policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to identify operational and project needs and develop materials to properly address same.
  • Solid research, evaluation and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A broad knowledge of all aspects of integrated security solutions, risk management, compliance and project security
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
