What youll do:

The Site Administrator provides overall administrative leadership for the assigned site that focuses on emphasizing high quality care and customer service. Implements the policies and procedures which ensure the facility meets all licensing/accreditation standards. Supports the day to day operations of the clinic.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and coordinates any co-located agency and staff to ensure coverage and site accommodation.
  • Manages hiring process of any non-clinical staff located at the site of assignment.
  • Recruits, Interviews and Hires any non-clinical staff in collaboration with the Human Resources Dept.
  • Conducts management and staff meetings to discuss any facility issues/guidelines, review any problem areas and solutions, and disseminate administrative information.
  • Assists the Clinical Director in monitoring staff education and training.
  • Generates confidential reports and assists in tracking deliverable.
  • In conjunction with the Medical Director, schedules block times for medical staff and ensures appropriate site coverage.
  • Assures site is compliant with all regulatory standards including all appropriate postings on the walls, inspections are complete etc.
  • Custodian of Petty Cash and reconciled receipts for reimbursement.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with facilities department to ensure building is maintained.
  • Maintains and budgets supply inventory for the site.
  • Acts as the Lead Safety Representative.
  • Coordinates or designates person to coordinate transportation services and pool cars.
  • Ensures space is utilized and may schedule group rooms with clinical team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What youll provide:

  • Must have a minimum of a High School education (diploma) or GED.
  • Two years of related experience is required.
  • Four years of relevant experience community behavioral health setting is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Highly organized and flexible.
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
  • Must be self- directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
  • Maintains staff confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software.

  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm in crisis situations, work independently and cooperatively, recognize personal limitations, and relate positively and with empathy to all persons regardless of age, race, creed, gender or sexual orientation.
  • Maintain professional conduct consistent with ethical professional practice and the policies and procedures of the agency.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive working relationships with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and community and business partners.
  • If driving while on agency time or on agency business, a valid Arizona driver license and appropriate liability insurance and approval for liability coverage with EMPACT - SPCs liability insurance carrier is required.
  • Attend meetings, training, and agency activities and events outside of regularly scheduled work hours upon request.
  • Maintain compliance with required training.
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or member of management.
