Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is in the market for a Site Shift Coordinator to join our enthusiastic Cartersville team . As a Site Shift Coordinator, you have strong communication skills, enjoy working with people, thrive in environment's that depend on your ability to lead by example .

Shift Schedule: Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Monday - Flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Weekend scheduling, time & attendance.
Lead an inclusive employee environment
Responsible for conflict resolution
Maintain employee database through ATS
Assist with employee training
Manage multiple reports
Ability to manage GMP's and SAFETY protocols
Maintain complete and accurate operation reports

Skills

Strong Customer interfacing capabilities
Lead with a sense of urgency
Comfortable in manufacturing environments
Excellent communication skills
Solid organization
Multi-tasking experience
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus)
