Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Ensure excellent guest service.
- Ensure that Slot Attendants are serving the guest in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper paperwork is used for taxable Jackpots, completed and turned in on time.
- Ensure all keys are signed in and out.
- Ensure all money banks are accounted for as applicable.
- Assist with slot machine jackpots, when needed.
- Create road maps for the Floor Attendants for the following day.
- Monitors slot activities for adherence to department policies and procedures.
- Safeguards departmental assets.
- Responsible for accurate processing of paperwork in accordance with procedures.
- Prepares Performance Evaluation(s) for assigned Slot Attendants
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess excellent supervisory and coaching skills.
- Must possess a positive attitude towards guests and co-workers.
- Must possess good communication and writing skills.
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and work well as a part of a team.
- Must ascertain jackpot levels, payout schedules and pay table information.
- Knowledge of basic machine functions and trouble shooting.
- Possess problem-solving skills based on machine display, error and tilt codes.
- Follow all rules and regulations established for Santa Ana Star Casino.
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the companys choice, through a payroll deduction program.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license.
