Small engine mechanic / pressure washer repair - $18-20 / hr. (OT, 401k, Health, dental, life insurance)

Provides general maintenance and repairs to pressure washing equipment and company equipment. As Maintenance Technician, you will be a valuable member of the maintenance team. You will be responsible for checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs. This position requires that you work outdoors in heat and cold.

What you will do

• This position requires driving for the company using a company vehicle.
• Maintain equipment such as tools, gauges, drills, etc.
• Understand and follow the proper use of equipment and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct thorough inspections of machinery, identifying issues, and recommending solutions for optimal performance
• Maintain/Troubleshot company pressure washers and water heaters mounted on company service trucks as required.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
• Manage vehicle PM programs
• Basic vehicle maintenance in-house
• Shop inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, HVAC or electrical certification are a plus
• Valid Texas Drivers License
• Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical repairs, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in repair and maintenance work.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, as well as to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to interpret basic technical manuals, schematics
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members
• 2 year proven experience with small engine/pressure washer repair

You must be able to pass a drug, background screen and physical abilities test/motor vehicle record check (if one is required per the position).
