Small Group Retention Program Manager

Job Description
-Proactively leads small group initiatives and complex projects, including planning, tracking & reporting progress and results.
-Demonstrates proficiency with systems including SalesForce, Excel & Powerpoint.
-Able to assess and translate data into presentable story for staff or leadership.
-Collaborates and partners with other functional areas including underwriting, actuarial, operations and other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure cohesive view of business results, and help address questions that arise.
-Collaboratively works with account mgmt. and sales leadership to review and assess data and results.
-Analyzes available data to help identify trends in business results by geography, producer or other defined universe.
-Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
-Influences change and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
-Assists others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact an initiative, program and/or project plan
-Ideally the successful candidate is familiar with small group sales & retention.

Required Qualifications
-Project management experience.
-Proficient in SalesForce/Lightning, Excel, and Powerpoint. ---Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in sales, account management and small group segment is a plus.

Education
Bachelors Degree or relevant professional experience of 5+ years
