We are seeking a top candidate with advanced knowledge and specialized expertise in social media, digital content development, and integrated communications who can build collaborative and effective relationships with external and internal audiences and ensure flawless execution of critical projects.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Social Media, Engagement and Experiences, this is a highly visible and collaborative position responsible for shaping and implementing the Enterprise social media strategy across all social content, including optimization, as well as managing paid social media content in support of Enterprise Communications priorities. The role is also responsible for the editorial and strategic oversight of our employee social media advocacy program.

You should be a social communications pro, skilled at managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously and working across teams in a matrixed organization. You have proven yourself capable of exerting influence on others without direct management responsibility and a true team player who thrives on regular interaction with colleagues across the organization.

This position is based remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Implement and oversee updates to overarching enterprise social media strategy to reflect social media landscape and organizational needs, including: educating and providing counsel to stakeholders; owning channel, distribution and audience strategy recommendations; maintaining line of sight across business on key milestones, announcements and needs to inform strategy; and partnering with channel manager to inform editorial calendar and content recommendations
* Lead measurement and optimization activities in partnership with agency and Analytics + Insights team, including overseeing monthly and ad hoc reporting, developing metrics framework/benchmarks for specific campaigns, and providing content and channel recommendations based on performance and program learnings
* Oversee all paid media activities across Enterprise social media channels, including advising on best practices and overseeing reporting and optimization
* Provide editorial and strategic oversight of new social media employee advocacy program, including launch of additional capabilities, ongoing rollout across the organization, and conducting regular strategy sessions with content managers

Required Qualifications
-Minimum 6 years relevant communications experience working for a Fortune 50 company and/or with Fortune 50 clients at an agency.
-Experience developing and executing successful social media programs at the enterprise level or for major business organizations that resulted in increased audience awareness and understanding of the key message(s).
-Experience with a wide range of multimedia formats for digital/social media, including live video, web, infographics, animation, and short- and long-form written content.

Preferred Qualifications
-Health care experience preferred; consumer experience desirable.
-Combination of agency and in-house background preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues toward a common goal.
-Strategic and analytical thinker, with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to zoom in and out between strategy and details.
-Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
-Strong performance accountability, both in terms of following through on commitments and deadlines.
