Social Worker

Under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Case Management Director, the Social Workers is responsible for providing social work and discharge planning functions for the hospital. Provides resources for inpatients, outpatients, Emergency department patients, and support to the Rehab Unit when resources are unavailable. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current Social Worker License (BSW, LCSW) License in the state of Utah required.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • BLS (CPR) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
