SOLAR INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

Hands-on field supervisor to oversee residential solar installations.

Responsibilities

• Jobsite and crew management
• Supervises the lead installation techs and electricians
• Ensures crews perform work to meet SunTalk standards
• Promptly and professionally resolve escalated customers issues as needed
• Safety quality control, run weekly safety meetings/tool box talks
• Installation and inspection support as needed
• Quality control
• Coordinate on a daily basis between field teams and scheduler
• Ensure all installation documentation and photos are complete

Qualifications

• Previous solar installation and troubleshooting experience required
• Licensed electrician preferred
• Previous management experience required
• NABCEP certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of the NEC
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation
