SOLAR SITE AUDITOR / INSTALLER
Job Description
Overview
The Site Auditor will obtain and communicate the necessary project information to the project manager for the preparation of permit ready documents needed for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a physical site survey using a variety of tools and equipment including measuring devices, hand tools, ladders, and personal protective equipment, etc.
- Document the project site with photos using a digital camera
- Fill out paper site auditing sheets
- Upload information and documents to company server
- Additional duties required as needed
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year experience in construction industry or related
- Must be able to lift 70lbs and maneuver a large ladder and other equipment as necessary
- Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs and work on rooftops and in attics of multi-level buildings
- Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Solar PV installation experience a plus
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
