Pay Range

$27. 71 - $35.70/hr

The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, acting on, and presenting data that develops opportunities for innovation, automation, and excellence within Supply Chain Sourcing. Maintain a portfolio of facilities and/or departments to procure supplies, minor equipment, services, and other complex transactions. This position will also work amongst Buyers to document standard operating procedures, develop policy, optimize workflows, expand reporting, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). As a sourcing subject-matter expert, will work cross-functionally with supply chain leadership, category analysts, vendor representatives, and key stakeholder groups to improve healthcare infrastructure, cost, quality, and outcomes.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

High School Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, preferred

One experience in Supply Chain, preferred healthcarePrevious experience in Sourcing, preferredCompetency with computer based automated purchase order system (preferably Lawson)Analytical and computer skills are required to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Microsoft Project.Strong analytical skills- demonstrated ability analyzing data, formulating recommendations, and developing presentations
