As the Manager of candidate sourcing and candidate research you will be responsible for producing a pipeline of qualified talent utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques. The individual will deliver on innovative sourcing strategies that meet the needs for a high volume of recruiting activities with a focus on diversity and difficult-to-fill positions. The ideal candidate should possess the skills needed to work with and influence peers within the Talent Acquisition organization, as well as key stakeholders. This person will identify and share effective sourcing techniques and be comfortable reporting trends as well as quantitative and qualitative results to customers. The Sourcing Partner will build and maintain professional relationships within the marketplace, e.g., universities and professional organizations, with a goal of delivering quality talent and exceptional candidate experience. Internally, this individual will work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Partners and key HR and business leaders to understand business needs. The Manager of candidate sourcing and research will also have direct reports that support sourcing and candidate experience. Supporting the ongoing evolution and implementation of a sustainable sourcing model that infuses CVS Caremark with world-class talent to meet current organizational needs as well as building talent communities for the future will be paramount. This individual is also accountable for ensuring the company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing and hiring practices.

What Youll Do:

* Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategy for active and passive candidates
* Build extensive, diverse pipelines for critical skill areas and open positions
* In partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners, build relationships with business leaders and Hiring Managers to better understand drivers, the external talent pool and the immediate and long-term talent needs
* Seek and utilize analysis of market trends and provide reports and metrics on talent pipelines and sourcing activities
* Prepare candidate slates, conduct in depth candidate interviews and recommend top candidates to Hiring Managers and Recruiting Partners
* Participate in employer and recruitment branding efforts and social media use to include newsletters, CRM data use and management and reporting
* Partner and lead business partners through professional conferences and events; implement conference strategy including event planning, pre-conference candidate outreach and post-conference follow-up
* Conduct research on candidate and market data as well
* Ensure staffing activities are conducted in compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines

Required Qualifications
* 5 + years of Talent Acquisition experience
* 3 + years of digital or technical research/sourcing
* 3+ years of experience with a TA CRM or other robust candidate relationship tools
* 3+ years experience with managing reports and manipulating data to make accurate decisions/presenting to leaders both in TA and with the business.
* 2 + years of experience with directly/indirectly leading, coaching and mentoring team members
* 2+ years of experience with developing expansive creative sourcing/research strategies for large projects.

Preferred Qualifications
* Solid understanding of marketing tools and applications
* Effectively build, monitor and measure effective social media recruiting efforts.
Education :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field preferred
